What payment methods does ProSecure Payment offer its Merchants?
  Pro Secure Ltd. processes transactions for all major international Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, JCB).
Also, Pro Secure Ltd. supports the following types of subscriptions: trial Billing (trial subscriptions is valid for a specified length of time and then the normal rate is applied), Recurring Billing (subscriptions will be automatically rebilled at the end of each subscription period until the customer cancels it).
 
   
What currencies can you accept transactions in? 
  We can work with transactions in US Dollars, GBP, CHF, JPY and in Euros. 
   
If I apply for a merchant account with Pro Secure PAYMENT what will be the billing descriptor on the customer bank statement?
  For privacy and to preserve customer discretion, the descriptor appearing on his bank statement will be “Pro Secure PAYMENT” followed by the Customer service phone number corresponding to the world area he is coming from.
   
Can I have more than one website under one ProSecure Payment account or do I need to open separate account for each website?
  Pro Secure Ltd. provides you the ability to add as many sub accounts as you need to your Pro Secure PAYMENT main account. This will allow you to setup subscriptions, e-mail reporting address or banking instructions for remittances separately for each particular web-site.
   
How often are payments made?
  Since you will receive wire transfer payments from Pro Secure Limited to the Bank account you designated, you will receive remittances on the 1st and 15th of every month provided you reach the threshold amount of 5000 USD.
   
Is credit card data safe with you?
  All private credit card information is always safe with our company. All our payment solutions absolutely comply with major payment platform’s strict demands, such as PCI/DSS, Hacker Safe and ISO 27001 certification. You can always be sure that the services we provide you with are always secure.
   
Do you provide customer support?
  Yes. We offer true non outsourced dedicated 24/7/365 e-mail support and online search engine for your customers, so that they will always know exactly what and where they bought goods and services.
   
Are there any restrictions on the amount I can charge for my goods/services using your software?
  In fact, presently it is not economically recommended to charge micro fees for your services, but a complementary offer will be available very soon (certainly Q1 2008) for micro payments.
   
Does ProSecure Payment hold a reserve from each transaction?
  Pro Secure Ltd. does not decide about such feature which is imposed by our bank partners. That is why we have to collect rolling reserves on behalf of the banks which are keeping safely these funds. Generally the acquirer may choose to collect certain security rolling reserve for your type of business, which typically would be between 5% and 10% of your monthly volume.
   
Does ProSecure Payment include fraud screening technology?
  Yes, it does. Very advanced. We run transactions through outsourced several negative databases (largest ones used by majority of known high and low risk processors). From our e-commerce and online processing experience, we have developed a really top-notch antifraud scoring algorithm which includes different filters and allows to prevent fraudulent issues and to reduce sales loss.
   
Does ProSecure Payment support recurring billing?
  Yes, our system supports transactions that automatically recur at pre-determined intervals.
   
Does ProSecure Payment have any restrictions on what I can sell on my site with ProSecure Payment?
  Yes, we do. Please contact us directly to find out exact information, but in general please take a notice that we are primarily refusing any product or service which is not legal.
   
Can I sell tangible merchandise using ProSecure Payment?
  Yes. Pro Secure PAYMENT is designed for both services and goods websites.
   
Will I need to purchase and/or install any special software or hardware to use ProSecure Payment?
  No, you will not. Pro Secure provides everything you will need to process online transactions. We will also provide full support with the creation of the interface required for our systems to communicate with each other.
